Today the Ferwerda's got together to celebrate Ron's mom's 65th birthday. She doesn't actually turn the big number until the 28th of October but today was the day we could all get together.
We had a small celebration in the afternoon including the kids. We distributed birthday gifts to Jack who will be turning 4 in November, Emma who actually celebrated in the summer and Tyler who's birthday is the same day as Mientje's.
The adults went out for supper at "The Black Trumpet" in London. What a nice restaurant. We had the loft of the restaurant all to ourselves. It was sure nice to catch up with Ron's family and enjoy their company over a great meal and some wine!
