Give It Away

The Gaither's Give It Away Concert took place tonight at Copp’s Coliseum. The concert incorporates many different gospel bands and singers, performing over 4 hours of powerful music.

AnneMarie and I drove to Hamilton in the afternoon to lend a hand “manning” the Gaither merchandise table. (AMP – I feel the term manning is Blog appropriate)

We decided to take my Mom’s car – since I had it for the weekend and it drives really nice. We didn’t see any Deer but we did drive through a very bad rain storm. Where are those emergency lights located anyways???

It’s hard to explain the atmosphere that radiates through the building. It is truly the most powerful thing I have ever experienced. The singing is incredible, the message even more incredible and the member’s of band incredibly good looking!

In the Spring the Gaither’s visited the JLC in London and that was the first time AnneMarie hooked me up to volunteer! Now Hamilton is added to the Volunteer tour. I’m hoping she’ll call upon me each and every time they come our way because I thoroughly enjoy the music, the company and of course the free stuff!

It certainly was a shame however that Rona wasn’t open for business at 2:00 am.
